GROUNDBROKERS takes your privacy EXTREMELY SERIOUSLY. We do NOTHING with your contact info, phone number or email address other than use it to contact you for the purpose of discussing with you, your land and land needs.

GROUNDBROKERS will never ask for any private information from you. We follow NC REAL ESTATE COMMISSION RULES AND LAWS and require WRITTEN AGENCY AGREEMENTS PER LAW FROM BUYERS AND/OR SELLERS. We do NOT act as “DUAL AGENTS” even though it is allowed by NC law. We will either represent the seller or the buyer and can facilitate all paperwork between the two parties to execute a transaction but our Agency Agreement (representation agreement) will be for either the seller or the buyer but not both. We feel strongly that an agent cannot equally represent both sides of a transaction with the same fairness to both parties.
